Typology on training for gender equality
This typology provides a classification of "types' of training for gender equality, aiming to support trainers to plan, develop, design, deliver and evaluate training-related activities more strategically and realistically. It classifies training into five broad 'types' - awareness raising, knowledge enhancement, skills training, change in attitudes and behaviours, and mobilisation for social transformation. It then examines training cycles, modalities, methodologies, methods, facilitators, and timeframe considerations.
