Ending Family Violence: Victoria's Plan for Change
This document is the Victorian Government’s 10 Year family violence reform plan. The Plan includes 4 ‘outcomes’ and 7 'targets', and details the initial targets for measuring progress, and the final aims and expected outcomes. It is based on the implementation of the 227 recommendations of Australia’s first Royal Commission into Family Violence, of which the Plan itself was one. The plan is largely focused on response and early intervention reforms but also includes some prevention content.
